They are capable of machining outer diameters, inner bores, end faces, grooves, threads, conical surfaces, circular‑arc curved surfaces of disc‑type and shaft‑type parts. All or most working procedures can be finished with one‑time workpiece clamping, greatly boosting work efficiency. Dimensional tolerance reaches IT6; surface roughness Ra1.6; roundness 3.5 μm. Outstanding capabilities include milling blade helical surfaces, machining eccentric parts and milling inclined planes. This turn‑mill machining center adopts a 45° rear‑tilt integrally cast machine bed. The maximum turning diameter is up to φ630 mm / φ800 mm, and the maximum turning length ranges from 1500 mm to 6000 mm. All linear axes are fitted with high‑rigidity roller linear guideways and linear scale feedback for full closed‑loop control. All rotary axes are equipped with angle encoder (circular grating scale) feedback devices for full closed‑loop control.
